Proper knowledge, love, and a sense of responsibility will bring joy and happiness to both you and your dog.

Before the tour

Please read the pre-sales instructions on the documentation and information page. There is no need to memorize them.

visit

We will adjust the viewing time depending on the physical condition and age of the puppy. Children are welcome to visit. However, small children will only be allowed to hold and stroke the puppy with their parents. Please be aware that there may be dog hair and, in some cases, the puppy may leak. We will not compensate for clothing, so please bring your own comfortable clothing. If you would like to meet the existing dogs, please contact us directly by phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you decide on a puppy during your visit:

Please deposit 50,000 yen in cash as a one-time deposit. This will ensure that you can adopt the puppy without letting anyone else adopt it. However, refunds will not be given if you cancel for personal reasons.

If you have decided which puppy you will get when you get home:

Please transfer the 50,000 yen to the bank account specified by our store by the specified date. (Bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.)

*We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are currently attending school or are elderly and wish to keep a pet, a guardian must be present. The guardian must present identification and attend a pre-sale briefing.

You will be given an explanation of the animal and attend a training session in accordance with the pre-sale instructions. After attending the session, a contract will be drawn up and the sales contract will be concluded. Upon signing this contract, you will also assume social responsibility as an owner. Please enter into the contract with the awareness that you are welcoming a precious living creature into your home. We ask that you care for the animal with love for its entire life.

*Please bring your identification as we may ask you to show it to us.

Delivery

Once the above contract has been signed and the puppy has reached the appropriate age for adoption, it can be delivered to you at your request. Please make arrangements in advance. On the day of delivery, we will check the necessary documents (vaccination certificate, etc.), transfer the microchip to the owner, and you will become the puppy's official owner. (The microchip registration fee of 400 yen is the owner's responsibility.)
