At our store, we offer training on the characteristics and care of the animal you are purchasing before you make a purchase (essential for first-time animal owners, and children can also learn in a fun way by watching DVDs), and we ask potential buyers to prepare the animal's environment before selling it to people who will be able to care for it for its life.
